If you want your custom image to cover the entire blanket or beach towel, the pixel dimensions should be at least 2000 x 1500, otherwise you won’t be able to recognize some things printed on your blanket. This is about 3 megapixels – most smart phones should have this resolution.

Note that while our system can detect if your picture is large enough, it cannot tell if there are image quality issues or if your dog looks fuzzy on your monitor. Hey, we like fuzzy dogs, but not when it comes to image quality.

You can use JPG or PNG files – these are the most common file types for pictures.

That’s right people! Delivery is FREE for any of our custom products. This includes delivery to all 50 states in the US. Sorry, no international orders at this time.

You should receive your custom printed item in about two weeks.

Heck yes, your data is protected. We use industry standard SSL encryption for all transactions, and we do not store your credit card information on our server.

We receive your order immediately, and send you an order confirmation using the email you provided when ordering. Then, our technician people start setting up the technical stuff that technical people do to complete your order. In the meantime, your job is to sit back and have a cup of coffee or hot cocoa. Fyrcracker will then custom print your incredibly soft blanket, put it in a shipping pouch, and send it to your shipping address. You will receive your order in about two weeks. Yay!

Yep. You should receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is accepted. Contact us if you don’t receive an invoice in a few minutes – you might need to check your spam folder if you haven’t received an email confirming your order.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Contact us with your order number to cancel.

We understand that stuff happens.

If your order is damaged during shipping, or if it’s flawed because of manufacturing error on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you. Hey, we’re not perfect but we’ll make it right!

If you send us a picture of any defect, you probably won’t have to return your order. But, we might want to see the mistake with our own eyes, to make sure it doesn’t happen again. In this case we would pay for the return shipping of course.

If you made a mistake with your order, or your needs changed and you would like to ask for a refund, you must return the products unused and in their original condition, and you will pay for return shipping. Please contact us to arrange your return; we will approve your return with a confirmation email. We do not accept returns without our prior approval.

The Fyrcracker Silk Touch blanket is 50×60 inches. Or maybe it’s 60×50 inches. It literally depends on how you look at it. Let’s just say it’s 50×60 inches for the sake of argument. But let’s not argue.

Imagine the softest thing in the world, times 1 million. Multiply that by the number of marshmallows in your last cup of cocoa and you’re starting to get an idea of how this blanket feels.

Seriously, the blanket is quite plush. It has a very deep pile and is a much higher quality than our competitors. It is warm and cozy. You will like it.

That is a very definite NO. Our process eliminates the stiffness of other printed blankets. In fact, our process doesn’t really eliminate the scratchiness, it just never gets all scratchy in the first place.

The beach towel is 35×70 inches. If you wear it like a super hero cape, it is 70×35 inches. Your call if you want to wear it like that. Generally, we recommend laying on the towel or using it like…a towel.

The Fyrcracker beach towel is a towel printed with a high-resolution photo real image or graphic.

The towel is 100% cotton with a mircrofiber finish on the printed side. The towels is finished with a lovely hem on all four sides. The printed graphic is also printed on the hem.

Yes, the beach towel has two sides, just like every other towel known to man. BUT, it is only printed on one side.

The back, or non-printed side of the towel is white.

Our beach towels are 52% cotton, 48% polyester.

Machine wash cold separately using delicate cycle and mild detergent. Do not bleach. Machine dry separately on gentle cycle. Remove promptly. Do not iron. Seriously, if you are ironing a beach towel, we gotta talk.
